 An business idea that i rescently found out is renting out ad spaces. Not just on the internet but also by renting out spaces on walls, near a road, on a pelar and so forth. All sites that are visible to alot of people should have a potential.

You should be able to find ad places all around you, like beside local roads, local buildings and pelars. The trick is to find a relestate owner or landowner to do business with. One way to do great business with your local relestate owner is to make a deal that can't be rejected - like offering a 50% partnership on all earnings regarding the ad space and in return you would pay for all ad costs and client search and mantinence.

Make shore that you have listed all the costs for every project / ad space so that you'll know from the beginning how much sales you would have to get.

In the beginning of your new career it is of course very important to think a bit smaller so you can begin to get som starting income and with time you should be able to build up a viable business.
