This idea is best suited for anybody that has an economic expertise like business managers, controllers, CFOs, operations managers, accountants, administrators and so forth. By offering any company or business the service of finding cost reductions and more ways for the company to make money and by only asking for a precentage of your cost reductions it wouldn't be a problem getting customers.

 Provide your customers with a range of different services like developing short-term and long-term budgets, analyzing fixed and variable overhead, increasing employee productivity, analyzing product and service costs and developing expense reduction strategies to meet each client’s specific needs.

Then show your customer how much money you have saved them and send them an invoice. This business idea should be very suitable to do right from your home and without the cost of office space.
